Ulladulla, NSW, Australia
A surfer from the south coast of NSW, Bill went to one of Australia’s best ski resorts for a one week skiing holiday in 1987, scored a job washing dishes, got hooked on back-country skiing, and has been there ever since.
After many years of back to back winters exploring the mountains across the globe, he now still spreads his year between the northern and southern hemispheres. During the northern winters he runs a very well respected back-country guiding operation in Gulmarg, Kashmir (Bill’s Trips), and is the Ski Patrol Director at his beloved Mt Hotham during the southern seasons.
Between winters you will find him either hanging off a rock somewhere, or surfing his home breaks of Ulladulla.
