This five day trip features two yurts situated in one of Idaho’s premier backcountry skiing locations. All of the food and gear is hauled in by snowmobile allowing us to tour up unencumbered to a warm welcome at the highest and most remote accommodations in the region. Starting with a morning shuttle out of Sun Valley, we will spend two days in the Tornak area before touring over to the newly reconstructed Coyote yurt 3.5 miles away for another three days of skiing. This zone is world renown for powder skiing and has endless possibilities for angles, aspects and finding the best snow. For the trip out, all of our food and gear will again be shuttled by snowmobile giving us a maximum amount of mountain time and skiing. Featuring a low client-to-guide ration and highly experienced local guides, this is the ultimate way to explore the Smokey Mountains in comfort and safety.
The amenities include wood fired saunas, solar-powered lighting & charging stations, cozy wood stoves and COVID conscience separate sleeping areas for clients and guides.
