Firstly, on behalf of the Ice Axe Expeditions team we want to thank you for your patience and support of our company. As a small, independent operator for over 20 years, we really value our passengers.
We are thrilled that travel is back to a new normal and look forward to continuing to offer once-in-a-lifetime expeditions. Our priority remains our passenger’s welfare and safety, and our partnerships. We will seek to do whatever we can to minimize any lasting impact on our past, present and future passengers.
Ice Axe Expeditions has modified our cancellation policies pertaining to COVID. All requests for cancellations must be received in writing. Cancellations received 115 days prior to the start of an expedition will be 100% refunded less an administrative fee of $500. Cancellations received between 114 and 55 days prior to the start of an expedition will forfeit the 50% deposit paid. 100% of your deposit can be rolled over if you postpone your reservation to a future trip, though price differences may apply. We strongly encouraged you to obtain trip interruption or cancellation insurance.
