Douglas Stoup Awarded Global Green People Award

Congratulations to Ice Axe Expeditions and Foundation Founder and President Douglas Stoup.  Oliver Stone recently presented the Global People Award to Douglas in recognition of his outstanding advocacy work for the polar regions and his environmental education work with children around the globe. A great honor for the outstanding work that Douglas has passionately dedicated himself to through the Ice Axe Foundation and the scientific work his expeditions have contributed to over the years.
