Guiding for over a decade, along with the annual Antarctic Adventure Cruise, Andrew has led multiple expeditions for Ice Axe Expeditions, including Svalbard and Iceland. Originally from New York, Andrew graduated from McGill University in Montreal, spent his formative “ski-bumming years” in Chamonix, and has called Tahoe City and the Sierra Nevada home for nearly fifteen years. In addition to Ice Axe, Andrew works for Pacific Crest Snowcats and Shasta Mountain Guides close to home, Points North Heli-Adventures in Alaska, and Heli-Ski Russia, amongst others. When not chasing snow around the globe, Andrew likes good music, good food and a good time. And warm water point-break waves.
