It has been an amazing trip thus far. The Drake has been all that it has cranked up to be. A rough 2.5 days and we have had a couple days of Skiing. We stopped at an Elephant seal colony and a giant petrel colony. We did get to ski a nice flank on Livingston Island before weather set in and we had to turn around.
We are currently around 64. 30 S and 61.53 W near Charlotte Bay, and did some skiing this morning and going for another ski this afternoon. Everyone is doing well. We have seen Minke Whales, Elephant Seals, Leopard Seals, Gentoo and Chinstrap Penguins, albatross, skuas, and petrels. We are all doing well and hope to send pics soon.
