On April 16, 2009 The Two Feet on the Table expedition reached the Geographic North Pole faster than any Last Degree team in recent history. Temperatures averaged -30 degrees Celcius with winds coming in from the northeast. Positive drift and positive attitudes helped the team reach the pole a full day ahead of any other teams on the ice at the same time.
