We leave tomorrow morning!

April 1, 2009

Michael and I had an excellent day. We worked hard all morning organizing and doing last minute preparation. We went skiing with our sleds for several hours and went to our diembarkation meeting for ICE STATION BARNEO.

We leave tomorrow morning! Temps at Barneo are -30 and no wind which means no or little drift to start our expedition. Heading out for the last supper and hit the bed.

 Arctic Ocean here we come!
